Suleiman Yakubu
Monitoring, Evaluation and Programme Manager
Suleiman had been at The Power of Nutrition since June 2022. As our Monitoring, Evaluation and Programme Manager, he is responsible for the collection and processing of data across our portfolio to understand and assess our programmes and to influence future programme design. He is also directly responsible for managing our programmes in Nigeria and Liberia.
Suleiman is a Public Health Specialist with over 10 years of working experience in health systems strengthening, improving maternal, adolescents & child nutrition programmes, innovative financing mechanisms, impact measurements, public-private sector engagements and advocacy for universal healthcare coverage.
He has experience working in both the public and private sector and UN Agencies, implementing projects like Primary Healthcare Systems Strengthening, healthcare quality improvement development of Multi-sectoral Health and Nutrition Policy, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning and Implementation Research.
He is a graduate of the Senior Executive Program in Global Health Innovation Management (SEP-GHIM) from the IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain and holds a Masters degree in Health Economics, Policy & Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
