Richard has an outstanding track record of experience in public policy work for the reduction of poverty, addressing inequalities and promoting human development progress, especially for those who are most vulnerable and most excluded. He is currently serving as Program Director of Social Safety Net Programmes at Nutrition International. He has experience working throughout Africa and Asia and skills include advocacy, programme management, and policy work.
