Pradakshana Kaul
India Consultant
Pradakshana joined as an independent consultant in July 2020. She is part of the programmes and investment team to manages our Unilever partnership in India.
She has over 13 years of experience in developing partnerships and programmes globally, she has worked across both public and corporate sectors to drive impact in thematic areas such as nutrition, WASH, maternal and child health, and climate change.
Prior to this, she was employed with Unilever as a part Lifebuoy, Social Mission (South and Southeast Asia). In this role, she developed and managed multi-partner behaviour change initiatives with business units, foundations, bilateral donors and INGO’s.
Pradakshana began her career at BBC Media Action, India, working on initiatives focusing on improving maternal and child health behaviours in Bihar, India, through innovative program design and implementation. She also holds a master’s degree in film and television production.
