Currently a Senior Research Fellow at IFPRA, Harold has nearly 40 years of experience in food and nutrition policy and research. He holds a masters degree in nutrition and a PhD in Economics, with strong analysis and research skills. His areas of expertise are early childhood development, nutrition economics, social protection, community-based approaches and other multisectoral programming elements.
