Melanie is the Global Early Childhood Development (ECD) Advisor for Plan International, where she has worked since 2001. She has a medical background, a Masters in Health Policy Planning and Financing in Developing Countries from LSHTM/LSE and previously worked for a decade in Latin America supporting Plan’s MNCH, nutrition and ECD programming.
