Andrews has 13 years of experience in technical and 13 years of experience in technical and programmatic aspects of public health nutrition, management of malnutrition, HIV and prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV​. He has worked for Clinton Health Access Initiative in Malawi since 2007, currently as Country Director, focusing on nutrition and maternal and child health.
